Flexible length B-Cell Epitope Prediction for FMDV

The prediction of flexible length B-Cell Epitopes can be made in two ways i) by providing the peptides of variable lengths in fasta format in the Peptide section and ii) by providing the FMDV protein sequences in fasta format with a specified length in the Protein section. At a time only one option can be used. Kindly ensure that your peptide or protein sequences do not contatin non standard amino acid residues.
