Flexible length Linear B-Cell Epitope Prediction for FMDV (FlexiBcF) |
FlexiBcF is a flexible length linear B-Cell epitope prediction server especially trained with experimentally validated B-Cell epitopes from Foot and Mouth Disease Virus(FMDV) that is expected to assist the process of peptide based vaccine development against FMDV. The FlexiBcF is developed using hypertext markup language (HTML) and hypertext preprocessor (PHP) and at the backend a developed R-code is executed upon submission of peptide or protein sequences in FASTA format through the appropriate text box. The developed R-Code involves the scripting for prediction of flexible length linear B-Cell epitopes from antigenic sequences using Random Forest with 1000 decision trees.
