Input The input sequence file (contain atleast two sequence) should be provided in FASTA format. Each sequence should be of 15nt long having GT at 8th and 9th positions respectively. An example of five input sequence is as follows:

>ss3 >ss4 >ss5 Output The result provided in the table below is obtained after executing the sample dataset provided in input.The generated output file contains the probabilities with which the putative splice sites are predicted as true by the proposed approach. Higher is the probability more is the liklihood to become true splice site. The last column contains the probabilities with which the putative splice sites are predicted as true.
